Colleen will meet you wherever you are, via zoom, for personal training. No commute time, no intimidating gyms, no reason to not try it out!
Similar to her in person trainings, the focus will be primarily on strength training with some mobility work, and conditioning as needed. Programs are tailored to your goals, no matter your location. She will work with you and whatever equipment you have.
