If you have space to train (at home or in a gym), Colleen will work with you to create an individualized program to meet your needs and goals. Workouts will be delivered by an app for you to follow and complete on your own time.
- 3 strength and conditioning workouts per week (in your app)
- 1-2 in-person or virtual training sessions with Colleen per month
- weekly check-ins and open communication
