1-on-1 training is for you.

Colleen has a full gym set up in her basement equipped with a squat rack, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, TRX, and more! Her focus is primarily strength training with some mobility, and conditioning according to your goals. The gym is fully sanitized in between sessions.
