1:1 Training

In-Person

Located in West Conshohocken at Colleen's home gym. 

Colleen has a full gym set up in her basement equipped with a squat rack, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, and more! Her focus is primarily strength training with some mobility, and conditioning according to your goals. The gym is fully sanitized in between sessions.

Train from the comfort of your home or gym space. 

Colleen will work with what you have access to for your virtual training via zoom. This is a great option if you are not local to the Conshohocken area, or don't have time to commute to your workout.

Prenatal & Postpartum


Colleen is a certified Pre and Postnatal coach and is very passionate about fitness during this phase of life.  She wants you to feel confident and strong throughout your pregnancy and postpartum days, and avoid unnecessary aches and pains.

In-person or virtual sessions are available for prenatal or postpartum coaching.
