Prenatal & Postpartum Consultation

Not sure if you want to commit to a prenatal / postpartum trainer, but also don't know where to start?? Colleen offers consultation calls to give you individualized recommendations for your fitness journey. This is a one-off service, so no long term commitment.

 

If you are pregnant, you will review what to look out for on the road ahead, changes to expect, things to avoid or caution, and develop a plan of action for what your fitness routine for you might look like. Ideal for those in early stages of pregnancy but can be helpful at any point.

 

If you are postpartum, you will talk through diastasis recti (and learn how to self-test), core rehab, pelvic floor health, and leave with a game plan to get back into fitness in a safe, effective way. Ideal for those anywhere from 2-12 weeks postpartum.
