Where ever you are in your pregnancy journey, Colleen is here to help. She is a GGS Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Coach who wants to help you navigate your pre and postnatal fitness journey with confidence.
Exercise during pregnancy can be safe and effective. Working with a coach is the best way to get the most out of it. Colleen will help you create and shift your goals throughout this journey so they are appropriate for you and baby!
Colleen had her first baby (Rory!) in May of 2020. She believes her prenatal fitness helped her recover quickly and prepared her for making it through labor!
