Where ever you are in your pregnancy journey, Colleen is here to help. She is a GGS Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Coach who wants to help you stay active through your prenatal journey, and your return to fitness postpartum.
Exercise during pregnancy can be safe and effective. Working with a coach is the best way to get the most out of it. Colleen will help you create and shift your goals throughout this journey so they are appropriate for you and baby!
Colleen just had her first baby (Rory!) at the end of May, and is on her postpartum fitness journey now. She believes her prenatal fitness helped her recover quickly and prepared her for making it through labor!
