Small Group Training

Training session for up to 5 people held in my driveway (outdoors).
Equipment used: Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, agility ladder, jump rope, TRX
Max 5 people for social distancing

All levels welcome! Progressions and modifications will be provided.
