  • Relearn how to connect your core and pelvic floor with your breath, practice core and pelvic floor rehab movements, and get yourself ready to return to your favorite fitness activities in a safe, effective way. This program will start with some simple (and boring) core and pelvic floor rehab work, but quickly progress to some full body movement. At the end of the program, you should feel confident continuing on with other fitness endeavors. 

    Consistency is key, and don't skip the "boring" work!
