Prenatal Strength will help prepare you for the demands of labor and postpartum life. You will have access to the workouts through an app to complete on your own time at your own pace.
Prenatal Strength Program
- on demand library of 20+ prenatal workouts with video demos delivered through an app
- 4 week phases with appropriate workouts for each trimester
- workouts are typically 30 minutes, but can be longer with optional finishers
Prenatal Strength is a resistance-based training program and will require a minimum of dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, and access to a step/bench (could be a coffee table/stairs, bench, etc). Options are given to sub out other equipment available like barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and other gym equipment.
