Prenatal Strength will help prepare you for the demands of labor and postpartum life. You will have access to the workouts through an app to complete on your own time at your own pace.

Prenatal Strength Program

    • on demand library of prenatal workouts with video demos delivered through an app 
    • 2 week phases (3 full body strength workouts a week) with appropriate workouts for each trimester
    • workouts are typically 30-45 minutes
  • Prenatal Strength is a resistance-based training program and will require a minimum of dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, and access to a step/bench (could be a coffee table/stairs, bench, etc). Options are given to sub out other equipment available like barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and other gym equipment.
