Want to workout with your spouse? BFF? Neighbor?

 

Small Group training is perfect for groups of 2-5 people who have similar goals and similar availability.

Colleen is currently running small group sessions in her driveway for up to 5 people at a time. Sessions will have socially distanced stations and have sanitizing wipes available.
