Colleen is Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, Girls Gone Strong Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach, and Core Exercise Solutions Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has been active in the fitness world since 2012 and got her start when she graduated from Drexel and pursued her Les Mills BodyPump Certification. She then began teaching classes part-time at the Drexel Rec Center. It was during this time that she learned to love resistance training and notice the benefits. She later pursued her ACE Group Fitness Certification and began creating her own HIIT and bootcamp classes.
While the fitness side of her life had been just a side gig for many years (graphic design was her full-time gig), Colleen knew there was so much more she could offer the fitness community. In September 2018, Colleen made the leap into full-time fitness when she completed her Personal Trainer certification.
Colleen now focuses her fitness efforts on Pre and Postnatal fitness ever since obtaining her Girls Gone Strong CPPC (September 2019), and going through pregnancy and labor herself twice. She had a son, Rory, in May of 2020 and through her whole pre and postnatal journey, she realized there is so much information women do NOT know, but need to know during these crucial times. Colleen hopes to help as many women as she can confidently navigate their journey through pregnancy and postpartum life.
Colleen trains clients virtually and in person out of her home gym in Conshohocken, PA.
